The incorporation of the "1st Surf Fixed Criterium" to the 2012 SURF FESTIVAL event, was a great success, both in the number of participants as the number of spectators.
In this way, the organization tries to go further and continue innovating for 2013 edition with a new 100% urban circuit.
The 2nd SURF FIXED Criterium will be held on 31 August in Oñati.

>1.5 km per lap / total distance of 19.5 km
> Circuit without traffic
PRIZES
> 1st: 200€
> First lap prime: 50€
> There will be much more prizes for everyone
RULES
> The race will finish when the first rider completes 13 laps. Podium and Positions will be calculated based on completed laps and the order of arrivals.
> Track bikes required
> Any manual brake will not be allowed. Only the fixed gear system with toe clips, straps or clipless pedals
> Helmet required
> 2 lights (in front and rear) required
> Under 18 riders must submit a parental consent
> All riders must fill a disclaimer document, releasing to the organization any responsibility for any accidents that may occur during the race
> Organization crew of Surfixed will not be responsable of any incidence or accident during the race and their possible consequencies for riders
> In case of any incident during the race there will be auxiliar assistance (ambulance)
> The race will be assured in case of damage for any third parties

- The Criterium will start at 22:30 in front of Bar Luisena (Kale Zaharra 16, Oñati).
- There are two parking areas close to the course.
- We will specify all the time table of startnumbers pick up, warm up...
